Our MISSION
The mission of the HALO Foundation is a coordinated effort to provide Veterans (and their spouses) access to highly specialized technical training, coaching, and direct employment services. Considering the backbone of America is built in the trades and vocational specialties, we help influence the decisive point of a Veterans career: the transition process.
Our team has built two endowments, each specific to Veterans and the Community: a. HALO Endowment (Veterans & Spouses) and b. LEGACY Endowment (Rural Community Arts & Athletics).
As Veteran leaders, we acknowledge the giving component is critical in helping people pursue educational opportunities, certifications, coaching, etc. Though we no longer wear a uniform, we continue to support programs that enrich the lives of others through asymmetric means.

Work Ethic - Our organization doesn't believe in defeat. Some efforts may require more resources, though the victory belongs to those who believe in themselves the most.
Integrity - We will always strive to do what is right legally, morally, and ethically.
Selflessness - Giving of oneself has no greater reward. We believe in and support those who willingly give themselves to a vocational calling, stewardship, and community enrichment.
