halo endowment

Uniquely defined, the HALO Endowment is designed to support the professional enrichment for transitioning Veterans. In our America's Leadership Program, we help Veterans transition into highly specialized, technical vocations through the use of customized training programs, vocational apprenticeships, and direct placement opportunities. Contrary to how much of the professional world personifies Veterans, we operate out of an intimate understanding that Veterans offer a skill set unparalleled by many civilians.

Our initiative is to work with organizations across America to fund specialized training in technical fields. As Veterans transition out of uniform, our 501(c)3 is set-up to help attain civilian certifications in technical trades not supported by the Department of Veterans Affairs. In stating this, we then help those enrolled in our America's Leadership Program move directly into higher paying employment opportunities, each specific to the certifications and training provided.

The decisive point of our mission is to delegitimize the civilian perception surrounding military aptitude and professionalism, by furthering the training and development of America's most selfless and experienced leaders: Veterans.

Legacy endowment

Traditions and culture start and end with each community. In the past 20 years, it's been observed that many communities have struggled to fund extracurricular programs for youth development. Though there isn't a "one sized fits all" solution, our organization's Legacy Endowment is designed to support the development of facilities, programs, and non-scholastic opportunities in rural America. We have seen the shift in family values; wherein, skyrocketing costs have also impacted many parent's ability to fund activities that would otherwise enrich their child's life. Seeing a direct correlation between extracurricular activities (year round) and characteristically "non-productive" behavior, we want to make sure rural communities can fund programs to keep children positively engaged.

Our foundation's goal is to work with 501(c)4 and 501(c)7 organizations who share our commitment to excellence. Working with athletes from various backgrounds, we have observed that numerous organizations don't have the capital (physical or tangible) to provide athletes and artists (performing or fine arts)  the BEST opportunities for wholistic growth: mental, physical, and emotional. Seeing that athletics and the arts have began to price themselves out of rural America, our team is committed to reversing this effect by providing a funding for capital outlay, enrollment scholarships, and non-traditional programs.

We will know our children longer in life as adults, so let's give them every advantage we can now...while they're children.
