HOW WE OPERATE

Managing a non-profit is hard work. The effort takes dedication, focus, organization, and the ability to overcome challenges that arise out of nowhere. Specific to the HALO Foundation, we have two endowments with unique efforts. Our priority effort is the HALO Endowment. Secondary, we have the LEGACY Endowment. It's not a matter of one over the other, but collectively, our team realizes a Veteran's (and their spouse's) transition is our primary mission. We want to focus on their transition, certification/qualification process, and career alignment. The LEGACY component provides funding support to rural athletics and arts programs, etc. Service to team. Service to community.
